Installation & Maintenance:

  • Install, route, and secure fiber optic cabling, racks, ironwork (ladder rack, subfloor infrastructure), patch panels, and cable management hardware.
  • Cable in accordance with TIA/EIA and DoW standards.

Cabling, Splicing & Termination:

  • Perform fusion splicing, connector termination, and cable preparation for singlemode, multimode fiber systems, and copper cabling.

Testing & Troubleshooting:

  • Conduct, document, and analyze results from OTDR, power meter, and continuity tests to diagnose and repair fiber issues.
  • Interpret SOWs, site drawings, and infrastructure diagrams to maintain accurate records of network routes.
