Test Analyst

As a Test Analyst at Tandem your focus will be on projects of different size, scale and complexity. Working collaboratively with delivery teams to deliver new or upgraded software, at the highest possible quality standards. Defining and producing Test artefacts that align with the agreed Test methodology and processes, for all applicable Test Phases. The Test Analyst will also provide peer reviews of applicable Test artefacts produced by team members. The Test Analyst will be taking ownership of Test Case creation, Test Execution and Issue resolution within the area of responsibility, and ensuring Test activities is completed to a high level and quality standard. Liaising with Key Stakeholders for timely issue resolution, including taking ownership of issues identified, ensuring follow-up, root cause analysis and issue retests are actioned as required. Supporting with the production of key Test Metrics for Test monitoring, and the production of the required Stakeholder Reporting. The role will be ensuring risks and issues escalation protocols are followed, and actioned in a timely manner. Supporting Live implementation activities and supporting with continuous improvement activity for the enhancement of the testing processes. The Test Analyst will support a journey of continued project and platform enhancements/improvements and continuous improvement activity.
