Senior Instructional Designer

As a Senior Instructional Designer you will lead the design and development of comprehensive learning solutions for complex Social Security policies and procedures. You will conduct needs assessments, create instructional strategies, and develop curriculum that meets federal training standards. You will also collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of learning materials and delivery methods. They are looking for someone with expert knowledge of ADDIE and SAM and proficiency in federal-approved authoring tools. Clearance: Must be able to Obtain Public Trust Clearance.
