Merchandise Support Coordinator

Data Management:

• Gather and validate data from various sources, including external vendors.
• Input data accurately into our specialized database.
• Meticulously upload UPC/EAN/VPN data for each style.

Purchase Order Management:

• Manage Purchase Order entry and modifications in our proprietary system.
• Proactively identify and resolve problematic Purchase Orders.
• Maintain professional communication with the Buying team regarding Purchase Order requests and updates.

Communication and Coordination:

• Correspond with external vendor partners via email to validate product information.
• Liaise with internal and external partners to rectify errors.
• Fulfill routine and ad hoc reporting requests with guidance from the manager.
