Technology & Security Consultant III - Autodesk Revit

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and coordinate Revit models for physical security and ESS projects.
• Produce complete construction document packages — plans, elevations, sections, schedules, details, and specifications.
• Maintain drawing standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and model quality across project phases.

Security Consulting Support:

• Support consultants and project managers with security system design narratives and equipment specifications.
• Participate in design review meetings and respond to RFIs and submittal reviews during construction administration.
• Support the development of risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, or security master plan documents.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology, Architecture, Construction Management or closely related field with four (4) years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 4 years of professional Revit experience in a design or engineering environment.
• Experience in AutoCAD 2D drafting and coordination
