About the Role:
- You will work with a small cross-functional scrum team to investigate systemic challenges with State Medicaid Enterprise System modernization.
- You will serve as a technical solutions advisor, advising on development of policy analysis tools and process automation.
Skills and Responsibilities:
- You will build and maintain complex scalable systems across application and infrastructure layers.
- You will mentor engineers across levels and shape technical direction.
- You will engage with stakeholders and drive architectural decisions.
Qualifications:
- You have 12+ years of relevant experience with advanced proficiency in modern software development.
- You have expertise in secure software, DevOps, and experience with legacy systems.
- You have experience working in government consulting and with AI integration.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range is $155,000 - $185,000 per year.
- Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and more.
- This is a fully remote, permanent position.
