Senior Systems Administrator (DAAS API GW)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensures stable operation of computer software systems and network connections, including planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network software and communication links.
• Analyzes and resolves end user software program and connectivity issues, conducts capacity and performance analysis, and provides upgrade recommendations.
• Directs the work of other system administrators and provides end user training, system administrator training, and skills assessment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years specialized experience in Information Processing with hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining various software.
• Required certifications: DoW Approved 8570 Baseline Certification (IAT Level I), AWS Certified Solutions Architect-Associate or MuleSoft Associate Certification within 3 months of onboarding.
• Must hold a Secret clearance and a BS or BA in a technical discipline.

Work Environment:

• This position is performed in a 100% remote, collaborative environment supporting government development activities.
• Employee works closely with project managers, analysts, developers, testers, and government stakeholders through virtual meetings and Agile ceremonies.
• Must maintain secure remote workspace and comply with all cybersecurity and data protection requirements including CUI.
