Engineering Manager

We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead two teams that work on the development of the next-generation version of Ideals VDR product. This is a fully remote role where you’ll work with a sharp, experienced, and motivated team to solve complex business and technical challenges. As a key leader, you’ll lead the delivery, optimize team performance, and foster a culture of ownership, quality, and collaboration. You will lead and inspire cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions with excellence and speed. You will also set and drive the technical vision in close collaboration with strong Technical Leads. Hire, develop, and retain top engineering talent — you're not just a manager, you're a coach and enabler. Define and refine team processes to ensure high-quality outcomes, efficient delivery, and continuous improvement. Build a clear and realistic roadmap with Product Managers and ensure the team backlog is well-prioritized and aligned. Plan and manage team capacity, resources, and risk, balancing delivery and innovation. Proactively identify bottlenecks in development practices and implement improvements.
