**About the Role:**
- Own and continuously improve Stedi's company financial model, including revenue, expenses, headcount, and long-range forecasting.
- Build the metrics, models, and reporting infrastructure used to understand business performance with high accuracy.
**What You'll Do:**
- Own annual planning and ongoing forecasting processes, developing assumptions that reflect how the business operates.
- Develop reporting that explains performance against plan, including revenue growth, gross margin, and operating expenses.
**Who You Are:**
- 4+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or consulting, with startup experience.
- Exceptional financial modeling skills and technical proficiency, using automation and AI to build scalable financial systems.
