Lead Product Designer

Seeking a Lead Product Designer to take ownership of design direction while staying hands-on. You’ll lead a small team of 2–3 designers, elevate our product experiences, and partner closely with engineering and product leadership to bring ideas from concept to launch. This role is ideal for a strong Senior Product Designer ready to step into a leadership position, someone who can balance strategy, team mentorship, and execution. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring a small design team, overseeing end-to-end design projects, partnering with Product Managers and Engineers, creating and maintaining design systems, conducting user testing, tracking project timelines, and contributing to discovery sessions.
