Senior Finance Manager

Focus on overseeing the company’s finance operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes. Central role in supporting decision-making, maintaining compliance, and driving the company’s financial health. Manage the day-to-day financial operations within the company, including accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting. Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances. Handle treasury management including OTC sales with third-parties. Project and model cash flows of the DAO and Foundation. Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making by senior leadership. Ensure accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, investors, and internal management.
