License Strategy & Operations:
- Own multi-state licensing strategy across servicing, brokering, and money transmitter licenses.
- Design and maintain a comprehensive license matrix.
- Build scalable workflows for license applications and regulatory filings.
Exam & Audit Management:
- Architect exam readiness framework for continuous regulatory preparedness.
- Lead exam execution including scoping, evidence collection, and regulator meetings.
- Own post-exam processes including root cause analysis and corrective action tracking.
Regulatory Relationships & Cross-Functional Partnership:
- Serve as primary point of contact with state regulators on licensing and exam matters.
- Partner with Legal, Product, Operations, and Finance to embed licensing obligations.
- Generate compliance reporting with dashboards, KPIs, and executive summaries.
