Corporate Growth Manager (Fiat Strategy)

Monitor Fiat payment flows to detect and analyze discrepancies. Investigate root causes of anomalies and collaborate with payment service providers to implement timely resolutions and preventive measures that uphold payment integrity. Design, build, and maintain a robust data dashboard to track the performance of Fiat payment channels. Leverage data analytics to uncover trends, identify areas for optimization, and mitigate potential risks. Produce regular reports highlighting key performance metrics related to Fiat operations. Deliver actionable insights to drive continuous improvements in operational efficiency and user experience. Assist in managing relationships with existing banking and payment partners, while supporting the evaluation and onboarding of new providers to expand and strengthen our Fiat infrastructure. Contribute to the rollout of new business initiatives related to Fiat operations. Support data growth strategies, identify opportunities to enhance conversion rates within payment flows, and implement risk mitigation measures. Identify and recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of Fiat transaction processes. Partner with product and engineering teams to drive automation and system upgrades that reduce discrepancies and improve reliability. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of Fiat transactions and provide operational expertise for product launches and market expansion efforts, with a focus on payment integrity.
