Job Description
PHIL is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to lead the design and user experience of our platform. This role will focus on designing intuitive, user-centered experiences that streamline prescription management for healthcare providers, PHIL team members, pharmacies, and particularly, patients. Reporting to the Head of Design, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality designs with a strong emphasis on interaction design, user research, information architecture, and UX writing. Lead end-to-end design efforts for complex user workflows, ensuring seamless responsive design interactions and a frictionless user experience with strong attention to detail. Project manage your design work in order to effectively own, estimate, and communicate your design timelines, capacity, and priorities. Create a compelling vision for the future of the product experience(s) you own. Work independently to conceptualize, wireframing, prototype, and execute designs that address user pain points and business objectives. Own interaction design, ensuring that the platformβs usability and navigation are intuitive and efficient. Apply strong information architecture principles to organize and present complex data in a clear and structured way. Contribute to UX writing by crafting clear, concise, and engaging content within the platform. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to deliver high-impact design solutions. Lead collaborative workshops across stakeholders or users to solicit a wider variety of ideas and incorporate the most valuable into design iterations. Lead user research, including usability testing, user interviews, and using analytics, to deliver data-driven insights to iterate on and improve designs. Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform.
