Weβre looking for a seasoned Principal Product Manager who can lead one of the most important bets for the company. This role will lead this initiative, including setting strategy/KPIs, driving product choices, and delivering high impact. You will be comfortable getting hands-on with detailed, nuanced product choices, while also understanding the larger path ahead with your overall strategy. Finally, to land a great outcome, you will need to be an excellent cross-functional collaborator.
Scope: Lead a major product at Findem, including setting long-term strategy, and making the business case for more investment.
Insights: Own the companyβs thesis for the market segment including the target buyer and customer personas and their most important needs.
Product craft: Bring robust, first-principle, out of the box thinking to our problem space, and using quantitative and qualitative data to drive your conclusions.
Crafted execution: Work closely with engineering to focus our efforts on the most impactful innovations, owning prioritization, unblocking major issues, and landing product milestones.
Communication: Working cross-functionally with marketing, GMs, support, and other stakeholders to drive alignment to the right goals.
