Your Role:

• Conduct synchronous video visits to deliver comprehensive care for patients navigating perimenopause and menopause.
• Assess symptoms, formulate individualized care plans, and prescribe medications such as hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and non-hormonal options.
• Collaborate with dedicated dietitians and therapists to ensure an integrated care plan.

We're Looking For:
