Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and achieving financial and strategic goals.
- Manage financial performance, including budget delivery, revenue growth, cost control, and profitability.
- Drive growth of composite advice and improve customer outcomes across the adviser population.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in the mortgage intermediary sector with outstanding knowledge of mortgage and protection markets.
- Demonstrable leadership experience in first-line supervision, including adviser competency and T&C frameworks.
- Full CeMAP or equivalent qualification, with strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
Role Details:

- The role is home-based in the UK, requiring national travel on an ad hoc basis.
