What you will do:
- Develop deep knowledge of the future-state methodology foundations, Maestro deployments, current Kinaxis applications and training techniques.
- Drive and own the definition of the ‘People Upskilling’ journey within the PS methodology.
- Partner with the Custom Learning team and Delivery roles in Professional Services to co- develop, pilot and iterate the training offerings and materials.
Collaborate:
- Collaborate with the Methodology team members to embed customer upskilling considerations across all methodology journeys.
- Work closely with immediate colleagues, including the Senior Change Manager, to understand change impact on internal roles.
- Architect methodology enablement for PS employees by analyzing role ‑ based learning needs.
Design & Deliver:
- Design and deliver blended learning experiences (e-learning, virtual instructor-led, and in-person) that are engaging, inclusive and aligned to Kinaxis’ Training & Enablement standards.
- Develop assessment criteria, certifications, and success metrics to validate employee knowledge and skill acquisition.
- Measure learning effectiveness and demonstrate return on investment.
