What you will do:

  • Develop deep knowledge of the future-state methodology foundations, Maestro deployments, current Kinaxis applications and training techniques.
  • Drive and own the definition of the ‘People Upskilling’ journey within the PS methodology.
  • Partner with the Custom Learning team and Delivery roles in Professional Services to co- develop, pilot and iterate the training offerings and materials.

Collaborate:

  • Collaborate with the Methodology team members to embed customer upskilling considerations across all methodology journeys.
  • Work closely with immediate colleagues, including the Senior Change Manager, to understand change impact on internal roles.
  • Architect methodology enablement for PS employees by analyzing role ‑ based learning needs.

Design & Deliver:

  • Design and deliver blended learning experiences (e-learning, virtual instructor-led, and in-person) that are engaging, inclusive and aligned to Kinaxis’ Training & Enablement standards.
  • Develop assessment criteria, certifications, and success metrics to validate employee knowledge and skill acquisition.
  • Measure learning effectiveness and demonstrate return on investment.
