Training Design & Development:
- Own the end-to-end design and development of training plans, learning materials and facilitator guides.
- Conduct ongoing needs assessments to identify performance gaps.
- Maintain and continuously improve all training content.
Training Delivery & Facilitation:
- Own the coordination and facilitation of continuation training.
- Deliver clear instruction and training demonstrations.
- Provide targeted feedback and coaching to individuals.
Collaboration & General Responsibilities:
- Partner with PAC Leadership to identify and act on emerging training needs.
- Assist with candidate interviews as needed.
- Support team morale initiatives as appropriate.
