Program Design & Execution:
- Design, build, and operate a multi-channel product enablement program.
- Create role-based learning journeys that map competencies to learning artifacts and assessments.
- Audit existing materials, identify gaps, and prioritize enablement.
Content & Curriculum Development:
- Produce high-quality enablement artifacts and maintain a living product knowledge base.
- Partner with Product, UX, Operations, and other internal SMEs to ensure technical and domain correctness.
- Create instructor guides, slide decks, short videos, hands-on labs, example configs/workflows.
Training Delivery & Facilitation:
- Facilitate workshops, onboarding programs, and train-the-trainer sessions.
- Run recurring sessions and coordinate expert panels with SMEs.
- Evangelize enablement best practices and coach managers.
