About the Role:

  • Responsible for designing, executing, and continuously improving technical enablement programs across the Field Engineering organization
  • Partner closely with Graph Academy, product and engineering SMEs, and go-to-market teams to translate technical content into engaging, scalable enablement programs
  • Own the design and delivery of structured onboarding, upskilling, and certification programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and own enablement programs onboarding, hands-on workshop & labs, virtual training, certification tracks, etc.
  • Lead onboarding for field engineering new hires, ensuring technical hires ramp quickly and confidently in customer-facing scenarios.
  • Maintain an “everboarding” / continuous learning roadmap to keep all technical audiences current

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in technical enablement, technical training, curriculum development, or related roles
  • Demonstrated experience designing, launching, and iterating multi‑persona technical enablement programs
  • Proven stakeholder management: ability to work with senior leaders, SMEs, and cross-functional teams
