Job Description
We are looking for a Candidate Experience Analyst to take care of the candidate's experience during the selection processes, acting from scheduling interviews to identifying improvements and automation. In addition, this person will be responsible for strategic talent sourcing, in addition to structuring reports and analyses that help guide our recruitment decisions and identify bottlenecks in the pipeline.
You will schedule interviews and stages of selection processes for all areas of the company, ensuring a fluid, organized and welcoming experience for candidates and leaders. Manage the pipeline of selection processes, ensuring the progress of the stages, adequate feedback for candidates and visibility for the Talent Acquisition team and leadership. Be a reference in the daily operation of scheduling and pipeline management, acting proactively to keep processes organized and efficient, Identifying bottlenecks, opportunities for automation and improvement in scheduling and Candidate Experience processes. Create, update and monitor reports and dashboards of recruitment and candidate experience indicators: scheduling SLA, average process time, conversion rate per stage, and other relevant data. Perform strategic talent sourcing. Analyze recruitment pipeline data to generate insights, support strategic decisions and optimize the Talent Acquisition operation.
