Job Description
Review, collect, and verify vaccination documentation for all new hires and current employees. Track compliance with required vaccinations and health screenings; ensure timely follow-up and renewal. Create authorizations for employees to obtain services (e.g., vaccinations, TB tests) through Concentra or similar occupational health vendors. Follow up on pending results and documentation to ensure completion and compliance. Maintain confidential employee health records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA and company policies. Support and monitor workers’ compensation cases, including documentation and coordination with HR and external case managers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement wellness initiatives and preventative health programs. Identify trends and opportunities to reduce workplace health risks and support employee well-being. Assist with virtual training, communications, and resources related to occupational health policies and best practices. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local occupational health regulations. This is a fully remote role where you get to make a tremendous impact from your home office.
