As the Executive Business Partner to the SVP of Sales and Partnerships, and VP of Post-Sales, you’ll be supporting and driving a variety of initiatives that will enable your leaders and their teams to do their best work. You’ll be part of Vanta’s centralized Executive Business Partner team, a high-performing group of EBPs who collaborate closely to support Vanta’s senior leadership. You will not only directly partner with these leaders, but also work on larger projects that drive the business forward for their departments. Responsibilities include providing administrative and operational support, managing calendars, owning travel and logistics, streamlining communication, anticipating needs, maintaining professionalism, and collaborating with the Executive Operations team.
The role requires 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Partner, or similar role supporting VP+ executives in a fast-paced environment, preferably within a SaaS. Proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities and adapt quickly as plans change. Candidates must also have excellent communication and organizational skills, strong business judgment and attention to detail, and high emotional intelligence.
