What you’ll do:
- Develop well-scoped features for data ingestion, modeling, and syncing into the knowledge graph.
- Build integrations with external systems like Jira, Zendesk, and ServiceNow.
- Contribute to design discussions and code reviews.
What you’ll bring:
- Deep production experience building and operating fullstack applications.
- Hands-on proficiency with Go, Ruby, and Node.js.
- Experience with data platforms such as ClickHouse and AI-powered features.
About the team:
- Data Products builds AI-native dashboard components and ingestion pipelines.
- The team works across three surfaces: Dashboard and Reporting, Internal Ingestion, and External Ingestion.
- They operate in a highly ambiguous, high-impact space requiring clarity and practical tradeoffs.
