Job Description
Answer customer calls for service on servers or equipment. The Customer Service team is the first point of contact and performs a basic diagnosis and then dispatches the request to the appropriate team. They differentiate between hardware and IT issues, route hardware issues to technicians for on-site visits, and route IT issues to remote support team. Must have 5+ years of customer service experience, technical knowledge with troubleshooting, understanding of printers and basic IT concepts and the ability to distinguish between hardware and software issues. Applicant must be very friendly and customer-focused with experience with dispatch duties.
