Chargeback Analyst

We’re looking for a Chargeback Analyst who’s curious, hands-on, and eager to learn. No previous experience with chargebacks or coding is required; they will teach you everything. You’ll work side-by-side with our developers to automate manual processes, investigate fraud patterns, and ensure our operation is always up to date with the latest rules and requirements from Visa, Mastercard, Elo, and Amex. You’ll be the bridge between the customer, operations, and tech, and will play a key role in making our dispute process smarter, faster, and more scalable. You will also learn the basics of Ruby programming to help build internal tools and automations.
