As a Prudential Risk Lead you'll work closely with the Head of Enterprise Risk, the CRO, and other teams. The role involves overseeing Treasury activities, conducting assurance reviews on prudential documents, supporting operational risk processes, and providing input to change management projects, contributing to the foundation of global financial infrastructure.
We’re looking for a Chargeback Analyst who’s curious, hands-on, and eager to learn. You’ll work side-by-side with our developers to automate manual processes, investigate fraud patterns, and ensure our operation is always up to date with the latest rules and requirements. You’ll be the bridge between the customer, operations, and tech, and will play a key role in making our dispute process smarter, faster, and more scalable.
