As a member of our Investigations team, you’ll help handle our transaction monitoring queues while balancing an eagle eye for risk with excellent user experience. You’ll work to help make sure we have smart, risk-based monitoring in place and help build out our case management technology and processes. You’ll need to learn how a really wide range of businesses work and bring your knowledge to bear on our processes and product.

As a Senior Analyst, Compliance TMS Operations within the CX Compliance team, you will be responsible for conducting end-to-end Transaction Monitoring investigations for customers (individuals/entities) that may lead to drafting and filing a SAR. You will work extensively with functional leaders in the Financial Crime Risk Service line and support functions to maintain production and quality of the highest standard.
