Job Description

We are seeking a Bot Build and Support Specialist to join our team and support the development, testing, and maintenance of engagement bots. In this role, you will collaborate with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and clients to ensure that bots are functional, user-friendly, and visually polished. While clients will primarily build their own bots, you will provide technical, design, and usability support.

Responsibilities include assisting clients with bot management, setting up and testing engagement agents, loading content, identifying technical issues, applying basic design skills, ensuring a smooth user experience, generating AI agent videos, adapting to new tools, conducting front-end quality assurance testing, and documenting bugs.

Qualifications include experience in front-end QA, web development, automation tools, or bot development, along with UI/UX design and front-end QA experience. The candidate should be detail-oriented, adaptable, enthusiastic about AI, and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.
