Senior Learning Experience Designer

You’ll apply adult learning theory, modern instructional design best practices, and a strong understanding of technical concepts to develop scalable, modular content that drives customer success. As part of the Digital Success team, you’ll help create high-impact learning experiences that deliver value at scale—empowering our customers to become not just GitLab experts, but champions of our brand. Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create compelling, effective training solutions. Design and develop high-quality educational content, including eLearning courses, presentations, hands-on labs, and assessments that meet defined learning outcomes.
