About the Role:
- Provide virtual school-based physical therapy services to students in an online Colorado school.
- Address mobility, positioning, functional movement, and access needs impacting educational participation.
- Collaborate remotely with teachers, families, special education staff, and related service providers.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct virtual evaluations, develop IEP goals, and provide treatment and consultation.
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings and recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications.
- Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
