Job Description
As a Project Manager/Scrum Master you will: lead IT initiatives from kickoff to completion using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches; serve as Scrum Master for agile teams, facilitating daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives; create and manage detailed project plans, ensuring teams stay aligned on goals, deliverables, and timelines.
You will also: partner with business leaders, technical teams, and vendors to drive project execution and transparency; identify risks early, manage scope changes thoughtfully, and communicate effectively across all stakeholder levels; champion collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement in every phase of the project lifecycle.
