Fitness Program Trainer

Responsibilities:

• Develop, administer, and deliver fitness instructor training and programs for members.
• Create fitness and wellness content, choreography, and training methods for older adults, and script, film, and produce videos for online platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, training, health, wellness, fitness, or related field preferred.
• Group Exercise instructor or personal training certification (ACE, AFAA, etc.) required, with 4+ years of fitness education experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range $68,100 to $93,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.

• Remote opportunity with up to 20% travel; some weekend, evening, and holiday work may be required.
