Client Performance Strategies Facilitator

Accountabilities:

• Facilitate client training programs both on-site and virtually, adapting delivery to different audiences and client needs.
• Launch and deliver training programs for new and established clients, leading multi-week virtual coaching sessions.
• Support newly licensed facilitators through co-facilitation, shadowing, observation, and quality-control activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of experience facilitating independent or corporate training programs.
• Strong experience using virtual collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
