Job Description
Brightwheel is seeking an experienced Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager. In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of lifecycle programs across both prospects and existing customers. You are a seasoned lifecycle or CRM marketing leader with a deep understanding of customer journeys, marketing automation, and data-driven personalization. You thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution—comfortable building the vision while also rolling up your sleeves to make it happen.
Develop and own full-funnel lifecycle strategies: Lead lifecycle marketing across the customer journey—from lead nurture through retention, upsell, and reactivation—to drive engagement and long-term customer value. Design and optimize cross-channel journeys: Oversee the creation, launch, and continuous improvement of automated programs across email, in-app, SMS, and push that engage prospects and customers at scale.
