Agile Project Manager

As an Agile Project Manager at Freeosk, you'll lead SCRUM rituals, drive quarterly planning, and keep teams and leadership aligned on priorities, progress, and risks. You'll own the rhythm of execution and communication across our engineering and product teams. This role is accountable for the clarity and quality of the plan - not direct project execution - helping teams stay focused and connected while ensuring leadership always has a clear view of what's happening and why. Key responsibilities include facilitating planning ceremonies, maintaining a clear plan, communicating effectively, identifying risks, and tracking progress using metrics. Freeosk champions continuous improvement through retrospectives and process feedback.
