About the Role:
- Work with a cross-functional team to investigate systemic challenges in State Medicaid Enterprise System modernization.
- Serve as the technical expert on Medicaid Enterprise Systems, advising on system architecture and risk.
- Communicate technical complexities clearly to diverse stakeholders and influence research and recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Explain complexities of Medicaid Enterprise Systems to experts in other domains.
- Assess architectural decisions and identify risks, contributing to documentation.
- Collaborate to break down ambiguous goals into concrete, feasible steps.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of relevant experience with 4+ years in Medicaid Enterprise Systems.
- Expertise in MITA and building secure, compliant software.
- Proven ability to evaluate system design and scalability of complex systems.
