Job Description
As Program Manager, Vendor Finance, you'll strategically lead Motive's efforts at the intersection of Finance, Sales, and Lending Partners. You will own the Vendor Finance (VF) program, crucial for enabling customer financing and accelerating business cash flow. You will lead a 15+ member team managing daily VF deal operations. Core to your role is driving initiatives for deal efficiency, new financing solutions, and strong GTM/lender relationships. Your focus is achieving sales objectives and key cash generation targets via strategic oversight and operational excellence.
