Lead Software Architect

We’re hiring a Lead Software Architect to drive a full-scale modernization of our platform. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role (40% coding, 60% architecture/mentorship) focused on evolving a real-time, distributed SaaS platform built for scale. You'll lead US-based innovation efforts, help define product architecture, and collaborate with near/offshore teams to execute clean, scalable solutions. You’ll reimagine the architecture of a high-volume SaaS platform while introducing new technologies like AI, optimizing performance, and reducing technical debt. Responsibilities include Architecting and modernizing a microservices-based platform using Domain-Driven Design, building new frontend features using React and support legacy Angular code, developing scalable backend services with Node.js and Java Spring Framework, and working with databases including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and OpenSearch. Mentor developers and enforce best practices in code quality and system design.
