Job Description
Join the Talent Acquisition team as a Senior Sourcer, supporting the Sales organization. Partner with recruiters while owning and driving candidate pipelines, nurture authentic relationships with candidates, evolve and lead our volume hiring strategies and projects.
Use innovative techniques to identify and engage talent for both our volume and under-represented groups. Use a data-driven approach to inform and influence partners and candidate pipeline strategies. Screen resumes and interview candidates to decide suitability for roles and track pipeline activity to share with internal customers. Identify blockers and lead with solutions that benefit immediate and wider teams. Partner with our recruiters, candidate coordination and other supporting talent teams teams to deliver outcomes at scale.
