Job Description
Serve as a solutions consultant, building strong customer relationships to drive implementation and adoption. Design and implement solutions for pre and post sales, optimizing tools and data to enhance workflows and improve implementation. Guide customer engineering teams on SDK and API implementation best practices to reduce timelines and facilitate platform rollouts. Triage technical issues between customers and internal teams to maintain momentum. Support multiple active customers, providing guidance and unblocking teams to ensure speed-to-market. Create industry-specific playbooks and guides to accelerate onboarding and drive usage. Collaborate with Account Executives, leading technical deep dives to overcome barriers.
