Job Description
Own the QA Lifecycle: Own the full QA lifecycle for Agentic AI products from strategy and design to execution and reporting. Focus on regression, smoke, exploratory, and usability testing for AI behavior and decision chains.
Test Planning & Execution: Design and run diverse test plans, validate decision flows, and perform structured exploratory testing. Improve test reliability by fixing flakiness and optimizing parallel runs.
Collaboration & Monitoring: Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to refine requirements and monitor pre- and post-release quality. Use data to enhance AI evaluation and guardrails.
