About the Role:
- Responsible for keeping the reporter network running well.
- Fully owns the operational layer: the reporter experience from onboarding through ongoing engagement.
- Protects quality, and the process documentation that turns tribal knowledge into institutional infrastructure.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate onboarding for new Digital Reporter independent contractors by tracking steps.
- Support engagement efforts by routing communications and flagging at-risk ICs.
- Assist with QA workflows by reviewing reports, logging issues, and routing feedback per established standards.
