Job Description

Demandbase is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Pricing Strategist Director to lead pricing strategy, execution, and governance across our suite of B2B products. This role is critical to maximizing revenue and accelerating customer acquisition. This role ensures pricing alignment to customer value while also supporting our product and go-to-market strategies. You’ll work cross-functionally with senior leaders in Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to drive pricing decisions and lead our Pricing Committees. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in monetization, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to simplify complex pricing decisions through clear analysis and strategic communication. Experience at a pricing consultancy such as Simon-Kucher, ProfitWell or similar is a strong plus. This is a high-visibility, individual contributor role that reports to the Sr. Director of Product Marketing.
