- Prepare clear financial commentary and reporting packages for executive leadership, the Board, and investors.
External Audit & Technical Accounting:
- Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors, managing audit timelines, deliverables, and issue resolution.
- Oversee preparation of audit schedules and technical accounting memos for complex healthcare arrangements.
- Ensure timely communication of significant audit findings and remediation plans to the Audit Committee.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Requires 15+ years of progressive accounting experience, including corporate controllership leadership in the healthcare industry.
- Must have experience with value-based care models, healthcare risk arrangements, and supporting Boards and Audit Committees.
- Proven track record of driving process change, building scalable processes, and operating as a hands-on strategic leader.
