Senior Project Manager - Healthcare Advertising

Sr. Project Managers are strategic partners and problem solvers who plan, execute, and complete projects on schedule and within budget. This role is expected to manage multiple accounts, projects and campaigns ranging from simple to complex while overseeing cross-functional team members throughout the lifecycle of the projects. SPM's can have direct report PM's, APM's, and PC's. Essential functions include project planning, team management, workflow/process optimization, communication, and seeking growth/advancement opportunities. Responsibilities involve developing client plans, timelines, leading team meetings, ensuring workflow adherence, providing constant communication, and advocating for the team. The role also includes financial scope input/review, scope creep monitoring, and staffing plan ownership.
