Land Manager

Water Access Rwanda is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Manager to lead the identification, acquisition, and management of land for our water infrastructure projects. This role is critical to the success of our mini-grid and borehole expansion strategy and requires a professional with a strong background in land surveying, cadastral planning, and land administration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in negotiating land access, managing subdivision and title transfer processes, and working with local authorities and communities.
