Troubleshooting network equipment, removing/replacing defective equipment, and working with appropriate resources to isolate and ultimately restore the network. Analyzing blueprints to determine where construction projects will take place. Identifying and mapping location and depth of utilities such as water, sewer, gas, cable, oil and electric lines.
