Essential Responsibilities:
- Operates with an Agile mind-set.
- Provides vision, leadership, and strategy to deliver on the strategic loyalty product roadmap.
- Develops and maintains relationships with the Synchrony Loyalty product team.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of loyalty experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing large direct and matrixed teams
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payments industry
Desired Characteristics:
- Deep knowledge of loyalty systems and launch, migration and conversion strategies.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and analytic driven solutions
- Ability to manage multiple, high priority efforts effectively under significant deadline pressure
